The course layout is designed to first and foremost help the students understand the requirements and demands of the fitness industry along with understanding key lifelong principles and skills. The layout and structure is also designed to help all our students to grow personally and help them evolve with confidence into more of a leadership and coaching role. Step by step confidence-building is a key part of our education. We put a huge emphasis on a practical approach to our learning. So 50% of the course is practically based.
ITEC (VTCT) Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
17 Week PT Diploma
All our courses are part-time over the course of 17 weeks. You have the option of doing our daytime course which is two days per week 10:30- 16:30 (Days are subject to location). Or you can do our Evening/Weekend course which is two evenings per week 18:30-21:30 and one-weekend day 10:30-16:30 (Days are subject to location).
On completion of the 17-week course and examinations, You will receive your primary diploma as an EQF level. 4 Personal trainer, along with all other qualifications, certificates and workshops.
